We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and secure our wallet generation service: (a) Account information (name, email address, password hash, 2FA secrets); (b) Technical and session data (IP address, user agent, login timestamps); and (c) Generation job metadata (batch size, network selected, timestamp, execution status).
2. Private Key Handling & Non-Retention
Private keys generated by the platform are treated with the highest tier of confidentiality. They are never logged in plaintext, never displayed to administrators, and never stored in permanent database tables. Key files exist exclusively within encrypted temporary storage until exported and are permanently deleted after the retention window.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process collected data to: (a) Authenticate user sessions and protect accounts; (b) Process requested wallet generation jobs in the queue; (c) Monitor system security and detect abuse; and (d) Fulfill audit log obligations.
4. Cookies & Tracking
BC-Team utilizes strictly essential session cookies for authentication, CSRF security, and active session verification. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Export files containing wallet details are retained for a maximum of 30 days (or the duration selected by the user) before automated permanent deletion. Account metadata remains active until an account deletion is formally requested.
6. Security Measures
We implement technical and organizational security controls including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, database access segregation, rate limiting, and comprehensive audit trails.
