1. Introduction
Welcome to BC-Team ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cryptocurrency wallet generation infrastructure, dashboards, and associated services located at bc-team.com and related domains.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Description of Service
BC-Team provides an automated, asynchronous software tool for calculating cryptographic key pairs and public addresses for supported blockchain protocols. The Platform does not execute financial transactions, act as a custodian, or hold cryptocurrency funds.
5. Wallet Generation & Private Key Responsibility
CRITICAL NOTICE: You are exclusively and entirely responsible for the security, custody, backup, and handling of any private keys generated through our Platform. BC-Team does not retain permanent copies of your private keys. If you lose, expose, or delete your exported keys, they cannot be recovered by BC-Team or any third party.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) engage in unlawful money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanction evasion; (b) launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately overload queue infrastructure; (c) attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or administrative domains; (d) deploy automated scraping bots without written authorization; or (e) use generated addresses for malicious smart contract exploits.
7. Data Retention & Scheduled Purging
Generated export files (CSV/TXT) are stored on encrypted private disk storage for a limited retention period (default 30 days). Upon expiration or manual deletion request, files and associated keys are permanently destroyed. BC-Team is not liable for data inaccessible after expiration.
8. Service Availability & Maintenance
We endeavor to maintain high platform availability; however, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance or emergency upgrades may temporarily restrict access without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, brand marks, website designs, layouts, and underlying code belong to BC-Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute platform components.
10. Suspension and Termination
BC-Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately if suspected of violating these Terms, abusing queue quotas, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BC-TEAM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS, PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF GENERATED WALLETS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BC-Team and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of generated key pairs.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. When material revisions occur, the terms version will be incremented, and users may be required to re-accept the updated terms upon next login.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction configured in the administrative settings, without regard to conflict of law principles.
